TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EQUIPMENT
SALE
These are the Terms & Conditions of
Sale applicable to on-line purchases from Granville District
Football Referees Association (GDFRA). These conditions should
also be read in conjunction with
GDFRA's General Website Terms and Conditions of use.
These terms and the laws of New South Wales, Australia,
apply to all transactions for the purchase of GDFRA equipment
("Equipment") from GDFRA through its web Website at
www.gdfra.org.au and any
associated web page (the "Website"). These terms represent the
complete Agreement between GDFRA and the Buyer covering the sale
of Products from this Website. Except for terms implied by
applicable legislation, GDFRA does not offer or agree to any
conditions, warranties, guarantees or representations relating
to the quality, description or performance characteristics of
the Products other than those set out in these terms. The
Buyer's completion of the Order form on this Website will
constitute an offer to the Buyer to purchase Products (the
"Order"). All Orders are subject to acceptance by
GDFRA.
PRICES
The prices to be paid by the Buyer for all Products will be
GDFRA's current selling price on the date of receipt by GDFRA of
the Order, less any applicable discounts in effect at that time.
GDFRA will not be responsible for errors in pricing that appear
on the Website. GDFRA will notify a Buyer in the event of a pricing
error on the Website before an Order is delivered. and the Buyer
will have the opportunity to cancel its Order within a
reasonable time.
GDFRA reserves the right to change its prices from time to time
without prior notice to the Buyer. All prices in this Website
include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10%.
Referee's clothing and equipment from our manufacturers may vary
in costs to GDFRA and as such, prices may have to vary; if this
occurs you will be notified at the time of ordering (if the
Website has not been updated).

STOCK AVAILABILITY
If a Product is "out of stock" when GDFRA processes an
Order, GDFRA will contact the Buyer to discuss revised delivery
times or refund options. Our manufacturers sometimes vary
their specifications; if this happens, similar merchandise of
the same or better quality may be substituted.
ORDER DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
All Orders by the Buyer, under this Agreement, must be placed
via the form provided on this Website and must specify the
information requested, including (but without limitation):
(a) Quantity and description of Products
(b) The full street address to which the Product is to be
delivered or kept
(c) Current billing address to which statements are sent.
(d) The method of payment required as detailed on the Website.
The Buyer must complete all information requested on the Order
form before the Order is processed by GDFRA.
GDFRA will not accept orders:·
(a) From trade customers who are buying Products for resale;
(b) If the Buyer does not offer to pay by one of methods listed in this Website.
GDFRA will send the Buyer a notice acknowledging the receipt of
the placement of an order. If GDFRA does not accept the Buyer's Order for any reason, it will
inform the Buyer by email as soon as possible.
DELIVERY
Delivery of equipment will occur as soon as possible and as
arranged between the GDFRA Equipment Officer and the Buyer.
Normal methods of delivery will be:
1. Pick up at next General Meeting.
2. Picked up by Buyer from GDFRA
Equipment Officer's place of residence
3. As organised between Buyer and
GDFRA Equipment Officer.
4. Posted by general mail providing
Buyer pays the appropriate costs incurred for postage and
packaging.
5. Courier at Buyer's expense and
organised by Buyer in conjunction with
GDFRA Equipment Officer.
For Non GDFRA members (local,
interstate, and overseas) delivery needs to be arranged with the
GDFRA Equipment Officer
The Buyer acknowledges that GDFRA may, from time to time, be
subject to production, delivery or other unforeseen delays and
that GDFRA may allocate distribution of Products ordered among
its customers at its sole discretion.
If Buyer's Order has not been delivered or organised within a reasonable
time, the Buyer should contact the
GDFRA Equipment Officer
GDFRA reserves the right to make partial delivery of an Order if
not all goods are available at the time.
PAYMENT
Payment for Products purchased from GDFRA via this Website can be
made only by the methods shown on the online order form.
That is:
1. Cheque made payable to GDFRA.
2. Cash given to GDFRA Equipment
Officer.
3. Deducted from GDFRA Member's
referee's payments.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If the Buyer wishes to cancel an Order prior to shipment, the
Buyer must contact the
GDFRA Equipment Officer
immediately on
0402374199.
GDFRA will
endeavour to accommodate the Buyer's request, if the merchandise
has not been shipped.
If the Buyer's entire order is cancelled prior to shipment GDFRA
will apply a credit to the Buyer's account and refund the money
in full subject to the possibility of applying a cancellation fee.
If an Order has already been shipped by GDFRA no refund will
apply unless organised with the
GDFRA Equipment Officer
and all goods are returned in an unused and suitable
condition for resale.
EXCHANGES Goods may be exchanged within
7 days of receipt date, provided they are returned unworn,
unwashed and otherwise in a saleable condition (in an as new
condition with it's original package unopened). Standard postage
& handling rates will be charged for re-delivery within Australia or New Zealand. For overseas
exchanges, re-delivery costs will be at the original freight
charge.
If the Buyer incorrectly orders a
product, it may be returned
to GDFRA within 7 days of receipt and may purchase a replacement
Product from the GDFRA Website. Once GDFRA receives the original
product, it will issue a refund to the Buyer provided that the returned
Product is in new
condition with its original packaging unopened. At its own cost, the Buyer must return the
Product to GDFRA within seven (7) days after receiving it.
If due to a warehouse or other error on the part of GDFRA, the
Buyer receives a Product which does not conform to its Order,
the Buyer must contact GDFRA within 7 days of receipt of the
Product and may purchase a replacement Product from the GDFRA Website,
after returning the original Product to GDFRA, provided that the
returned Product is in new condition with its original packaging
unopened.
AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GDFRA may revise these terms and conditions of sale from time to time.
Buyers should therefore periodically visit this page to
familiarise themselves with any such revisions. |
